Blue Islands launch Jersey flights

Channel Islands airline Blue Islands has launched new flights between Bristol and Jersey. The twice-daily flight will run 5 days a week from Monday to Friday with a single return flight on a Sunday afternoon. The new flights are expected to be popular throughout the summer, with South West holidaymakers taking advantage of the short journey time to Jersey.
Jason Wescott, head of marketing at the airport, said: ‘With the launch of these flights it is now possible to do business in the Channel Islands and return on the same day. The improved frequency also makes Bristol an attractive shopping and city break destination for Jersey residents – good news for Bristol hotels and attractions.’
