easyJet flight diverted by fog

An easyJet flight bound for Bristol Airport was diverted late last night because of fog and poor visibility. A spokesman for the airport said the plane, which took off from Newcastle, had to land at Exeter.
An easyJet spokesman said flight EZY573 was diverted before it approached Bristol and no attempt was made to land. Passengers were taken by coach to Bristol from Exeter.
