New radar contract awarded

SELEX Systems Integration has received a contract from Bristol Airport to deliver and install a new Primary Radar System (PSR) to support its plans for growth. This contract will see SELEX install its ATCR 33 radar system to provide 24 / 7 radar approach services.
The radar has state-of-the-art digital technology that will deliver a high level of reliability and availability. In addition to the new PSR, SELEX will also upgrade the existing Radar Data Processing and Display system including additional controller tools and a full Mode S MSSR capability.
