Airport boss looks for ways to shorten queues

The chief executive officer at Bristol Airport has been spending time on the ‘shop floor’ at the busy hub to look at ways of tackling security queues, the BBC reports. During his time in the terminal Paul Kehoe spoke to passengers about their experiences, as part of efforts to cut waiting times.
Like most UK airports, Bristol has been dogged with delays since stricter security was introduced in the wake of new terror threats almost two years ago. Simple measures, such as taking off jackets before reaching the top of a queue, were said to be a significant help in reducing wait times.
